At Creative Wood Floors our delivery charges are as follows:

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

We understand that many of our customers prefer to take delivery of their order at the weekend when they know they’ll be home. So we can deliver on a Saturday, for a charge of £24.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERIES

Need your order in a hurry? We offer next-day delivery of your order for just £7.50 – on weekdays only.

STANDARD DELIVERIES

Happy to opt for our UK-wide standard shipping service? We bill as follows:

One item costs £2.80

Two items or more cost £4.60

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your order will be dispatched via our 24 or 48-hour shipping service, i.e. through a courier or the Royal Mail postage system.

We dispatch larger and more fragile items through a courier service, which is always a 24-hour (or next working day) solution by default, wherever you are on the UK mainland. (Apart, that is, from the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately, if you’re based in this part of the world, we’re only able to offer deliveries on a 48-hour basis.)

Smaller items are typically sent via Royal Mail and dispatched via its default two-day service (which excludes Sundays). However, for an extra postage charge, we can also provide a 24-hour delivery service on these items.

Parcelforce is our default courier service, while Royal Mail takes care of delivery for smaller or protected orders – i.e. those sent special delivery.

In terms of areas we cover, we do deliver to rural and ‘out-of-gauge’ areas, but because of the extra expenses we incur, we have to charge more for deliveries to the Scottish and Channel Islands as well as other British islands, apart from the Isle of Man, where we can offer our standard delivery services.
